Heavy cracking to hinges with exposed netting. Binding loose. Front and rear free endpapers detached. A previous owner's name to title page which is torn in half. Boards have heavy shelf wear with bumping and fraying to corners and crushing, fraying and tearing to spine ends and edges. All surfaces heavily tanned, particularly spine. Gilt lettering to spine is slightly dulled.
