Tear to edge of page 245 text still readable. Visible cracking to gutters, with exposed netting. Pages are moderately tanned throughout. Text is clear. Binding is slightly shaky , however pages remain attached. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Book has a slight forward lean. Noticeable white & black staining to front boards. Visible tanning to spine and edges with scuffing to spine ends.
