A few dog-eared corners. Hinges are cracked with exposed netting, and binding feels shaky. Slight gutter cracking. Pencil inscriptions and date stamp to front endpaper. Boards have heavy edge wear, with intense bumping and fraying to corners, while spine ends are very crushed and frayed with heavy open tears and exposed binding. Joints worn too with splits. Scratched, rubbed and marked overall. Intense water staining to front, and moderately to rear. Gilt bright.
