Severe cracking to gutters causing boards and binding to be loose. However, boards & pages throughout remain attached. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Visible tanning & crushing to spine. Minor splits causing fraying to cloth at spine ends. Gilt lettering remains bright and clear to front board.
