Dual colour decorative extra title page. Pages are moderately tanned and occasionally foxed throughout. Some occasional cracking to gutters throughout. One tissue guard detached; frontis tissue guard torn and creased. Final text page slightly loose. Slight stains and marks to plates; mild marks to margins of several pages. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Leather rubbed and peeling, heaviest at the spine. Gilt spine lettering is darkened. Several pronounced scratches.
