Faint black marks with some brown staining to pages, on occasion. Folded maps and plans are in good condition with minor tearing to edges. Boards have noticeable edge wear with corner bumping. Mild tanning to spine and edges with some crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Minor fraying to spine edges and corners. Faint black marks and scratches overall.
