Plates are lightly tanned with minor markings and scuffing to edges. Booklet has a visible brown staining to title page. Pages are noticeably tanned with markings throughout. Text is unaffected. Folder has noticeable edge wear with loss, creasing, and tears. Visible staining with black marks overall.
