Text block split in two between pages 110-111, however pages remain attached. Pages are noticeably tanned and foxed with visible brown staining and occasional black marks. Text is unaffected. Pen annotations and underlining to some pages. Pen inscriptions to rear endpaper and pastedown. Boards have heavy edge wear with corner bumping. Large splits to joints. Front board is loose. Leather peeling to all surfaces with loss. Loss to paper covering boards with noticeable scuffing.
