Minor tearing and loss to edges of some pages. Noticeable tear to page 403 of second publication, text is slightly obstructed. Faint black marks to pastedowns and endpapers and edges of some pages. Text remains legible. Boards have heavy edge wear with corner bumping. Heavy scuffing to boards and spine with loss and some leather peeling. Noticeable splits to spine end and joints with minor loss. Book is slightly bowed and forward leaning.
