Intense cracking to hinges with torn front hinge and exposed netting; pronounced gutter cracking. Binding is loose. Some pages are slightly water stained to margins, but the text is unaffected. Maps and plates have slight creases, marks and occasional small tears. Boards have been moderately rub worn. Noticeable shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are bumped and frayed. Tanning to spine and edges. Boards are bowed. Book has a forward lean. Boards a little rubbed and marked overall.
