Alex Ayliffe is a bestselling, award-winning writer and artist. Her distinctive papercut illustrations are bright and bold with lots of childappeal. She has travelled extensively in Europe, Africa, and Australia. Estelle Corke has a degree in Graphic Design from Bath College of HigherEducation 1992. She works as a freelance illustrator for advertising agencies, packaging and magazine publishers, and can illustrate in all types of media, but since 2001 has concentrated on children's book illustration, using a rich, painterly style with gouache paints. LOIS ROCK has established an international reputation as a children's writer. Specialising in Bible stories, prayer books, and information books, her books have been translated into over 30 languages with sales of 4million copies. Sophie Piper is the pseudonym of an in-house author.
