Learner Strategies for Learner Autonomy: Planning and Implementing Learner Training for Language Learners by Anita L. Wenden
This work aims to encourage teachers to identify and develop their students' capacity for becoming autonomous learners. It outlines procedures for diagnosing language learners' ability as self-sufficient learners and gives guidelines for using tasks and classroom contexts to encourage such learning. A reference for classroom teachers and curriculum developers, its applications should have relevance in the areas of second language learning, EFL and ESL.
