About Caroline Strevens

Roger Welch, PhD, M.Phil, LLM, LLB was a Principal Lecturer in employment law at the University of Portsmouth where he is now a Visiting Research Fellow. He has written extensively on employment law matters - particularly on trade union rights and employment contracts in professional sport.

Caroline Strevens LLB is Head of School of Law at the University of Portsmouth. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and was previously in practice as a solicitor. She has developed innovative units for the LL.B which include undergraduates training and working as Generalist Advisers with the local Citizens Advice Bureau.
