Chalrie Mulqueen is a sports journalist with the 'Irish Examiner'. He began his journalistic career with 'The Limerick Leader', where he was sports editor until 1981 when he joined the 'Cork Examiner' to write on rugby and golf. He has covered both sports for the past thirty years including the 2003 and 2007 Rugby World Cup tournaments in Australia and France.
