For each day, a reflection on a Bible passage (not necessarily from the Passion/Easter narratives) is followed by a true story from an 'ordinary' person to illustrate and earth the day's message, then a short prayer or meditation.

Chris Leonard works as a creative writing tutor and freelance writer. She has published 13 books with New Wine Press, Scripture Union, Kingsway and BRF, including Expecting the Impossible and The Risk Takers (SU 1993; 1997, second ed 2001), which tell the true stories of modern Christian heroes.
