Daniel Moeckli is an Assistant Professor in Public International Law and Constitutional Law at the University of Zurich and a Fellow of the Human Rights Law Centre, University of Nottingham. Sangeeta Shah is a Lecturer in the School of Law and a Member of the Human Rights Law Centre, University of Nottingham. Sandesh Sivakumaran is Associate Professor and Reader in Public International Law at the School of Law, and a Member of the Human Rights Law Centre, University of Nottingham. David Harris is Professor Emeritus and Co-Director of the Human Rights Law Centre int he School of Law, University of Nottingham.
