About David Kelly (formerly of Staffordshire University, UK)

David Kelly was formerly Principal Lecturer in Law at Staffordshire University and is the author of the best-selling textbook, The English Legal System with Gary Slapper. Ruth Hayward, LL.B (Hons), LL.M., has many years experience teaching and examining law and business students in further and higher education. She has written a text on 'Conflict of Laws' and been co-author of several editions of a Business Law text. Ruby Hammer, LL.B. (Hons), LL.M., is a Senior Lecturer in Law at Staffordshire University and is subject leader for Tort Law and Environmental Law as well as being research active in the field of climate change regulation and renewable energy. John Hendy is a Director of In Touch Learning Ltd and is an Education Consultant specialising in the development of LLB, LLM and MBA awards for online learning. He has expertise in International Business Law and Employment Law, International Environmental Law and Health and Safety.
