Hanukkah Lights Summary

Hanukkah Lights by Dian G. Smith

This beautifully illustrated book lets even the youngest children join in the holiday fun. They learn to count the days of Hanukkah by counting the shiny foil flames on each candle of the family menorah. The engaging text explains the meaning of the eight lights, relates the story of the Maccabees, tells why we eat latkes - even describes how to play dreidel!
