About Edward Donelan

Edward Donelan, Ph.D., barrister-at-law, Dip.Arb, Dip. European law, practiced as a barrister and later drafted legislation in Ireland. He worked for 10 years at the OECD giving advice in 25 countries on regulatory management. Since 2014, he has worked as an independent consultant advising 7 countries on regulatory management issues.
