About Ernesto Poza (Thunderbird University)

Ernesto Poza is a professor for the Global Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise at the Thunderbird School of Global Management. His research interests are in the areas of family business continuity, growing the family-led business, governance of family business, and family culture. Marys research and consulting interests focus on the impact of board and family governance on valuation. Mary is a frequent speaker on a variety of private business valuation topics and consults with private businesses on valuation, governance, and succession issues. She has published both in academic and practitioner journals on these topics.
