Summary
Dublin 1977. Frankie Griffin, just 17, plagued by his fiery mother who survives on Guinness and her sense of Irish nationalism and driven to despair by the rest off the Griffin brood, decides it is time to sort the chaos in his life. So he embarks on a disaster-prone search for independence.
