Gail Aldwin is an award-winning writer of fiction and poetry. Forthcoming is a children's picture book Pan de mo nium which features a purple panda who causes havoc in a department store and learns something about herself from the experience. Plays and comedy sketches Gail co-writes have been staged at theatres in South West England. Prior to repatriation due to Covid-19, Gail volunteered at Bidibidi in Uganda, the second-largest refugee settlement in the world.
