The Coat of Many Colours by Jenny Koralek

Here is the second exciting collaboration between Jenny Koralek and one of the 20th century's most distinguished illustrators, on a Bible picture-book story retold especially for very young readers. It tells how, a long long time ago in Israel, a family of brothers grow jealous of their father's favourite son, Joseph, and set out to teach him a lesson he will not forget.

About Jenny Koralek

Jenny Koralek's first title for Frances Lincoln was The Moses Basket. Her other books for children include The Song of Roland Smith, Mabel's Story, A Treasury of Stories from the Brothers Grimm, Once Upon Olympus, Dad, Me and the Dinosaurs and War Games. Pauline Baynes did the original line illustrations for The Lord of the Rings and The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe. Her portrayals of Middle Earth and Narnia helped transform the books into towering classics which, in 2000, were voted Book of the Millennium and Children's Book of the Millennium respectively by the Library Association. Pauline's previous titles for Frances Lincoln are I Believe, an illuminated edition of the Nicene Creed, and her first collaboration with Jenny Koralek, The Moses Basket.
