...the author has done a magnificent job of bringing together and reviewing the literature about the evolution, systematics, distribution, ecology, biology, life history, and fisheries of the fishes found within the antarctic region of the Southern Ocean....I can only say that this is an excellent book and that anyone interested in antarctic fishes should have it available as a reference.
