The book is aimed at police officers, magistrates and other court practitioners and would be a useful addition to the library of all groups of people. It is also designed for use in schools and colleges or higher education and it is a book that could well encourage students to undergo further research in an area of law in which considerable debate continues to flourish, particularly in the area of classification': The Justices' Clerk
