Imagine that England is covered by water and Norwich is an island - how do you find your parents?

Set in a future Britain where most of the country is covered by water, this is the story of a young girl's desperate search for her missing parents. Left behind in the chaos when her family escape the floods, Zoe finds herself alone amongst the ruins of Norwich. She escapes to Eels Island but there encounters a sinister society run by a strange boy. Who can she trust? Will she ever see her parents again?
