This study aims to look beyond the hype of the learning organization and how to implement it. It questions the fundamental meaning of organizational learning and explores how and why organizations have implemented it. Analogies, case studies, self development activities as well as illustrative examples from other companies are included. The individual and the process of organizational learning are linked together with additional self-development exercises and case studies.
