About Nigel Foster

Nigel Foster, FRSA, is the Visiting Professor of European Law, Europa-Institut, Universitat des Saarlandes, Saarbrucken, Germany; Professor of EU law for the South East Europe Law Schools Consortium.; Visiting Professor & External Advisor, The University College of Northern Borneo; and LLM International Business Law Supervisor, Robert Kennedy College, Switzerland. He has extensive experience teaching and examining EU law.
