Judith Elkin worked in children's libraries for many years and is now Dean of Faculty of Computing and Information Studies at the University of Central England in Birmingham. She is a highly-respected reviewer and anthologiser. She was awarded the Eleanor Farjeon Prize for services to children's literature. Judith lives in Birmingham.
