About Ruth Martin

Ruth Martin studied English at York University before becoming a children's book editor and writer. Her picture book Where on Earth is the Moon? was long-listed for the CILIP Kate Greenaway Medal. John Butler, a renowned wildlife artist, has illustrated more than 40 children's books. He has been short-listed for the Booktrust Early Years Award and the Sheffield Children's Book Award (where he was highly commended).
