About Sally Carvalho

Sally Carvalho MSc, BSc (Hons), RN, PGC L&T (HE), RNT is a Senior Lecturer in Nursing within the Institute of Health & Society at the University of Worcester, teaching legal, ethical and professional issues across the pre- registration nurse course and within clinical practice settings.Maggie Reeves MA, Dip. N (Lond) RCNT, RNT is a Qualified Nurse and Senior Lecturer in the Institute of Health & Society of the University of Worcester. She has been involved in a variety of teaching roles which has included teaching pre-registration nurses the fundamentals of legal, ethical and professional issues. For the past 6 years she has been working with foundation degree students particularly those in health & social care and mental health. Jacquie Orford BSc (Hons) (Open); Cert Ed (FE); Dip N (Part A) (London); RGN; ONC, qualified as a registered nurse in Manchester before moving to teach legal, ethical and professional issues at both post-registration and pre-registration nursing levels for Birmingham City University. Since retiring in 2009 she has undertaken specialist lecturing while maintaining a keen interest in the nursing profession.
