It starts with nothing, then it begins to tally up the gains and finally, our feline fluffmonger is overwhelmed by a mountain of bright red balls of wool. I could read it over and over again and not get bored with that animal's wide-eyed gulp when it realises it has dropped a precious ball but its paws are already too full with the rest to retrieve it.
