Tally Rye is a personal trainer working one-to-one with clients in central London and at DigMe Fitness clubs. She co-founded the Girl Gains empowerment group with Zanna van Dijk and Victoria Spence to help educate, empower and inspire women to feel good about themselves inside and out.
