Wombourne was a small agricultural village whose inhabitants turned to nail-making when times were hard. Now this south Staffordshire village on the edge of the Black Country has been engulfed by houses and industrial buildings to become the 'largest village in England'. Ths book has been written by members of the Wombourne History Group with help from people in the village.
