Plate facing page 216 detached but present. Pen inscription to half-title page. Binding is weakened. Boards have heavy edge-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Water staining to spine and boards. Gilt lettering is dulled. Book has a slight forward lean.
