Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Previous owner's inscription to front endpaper and pastedown. Hinges are cracked with exposed netting, however text block remains firm. A few dog-eared corners. Occasional heavy tanning and foxing. Boards have some edge wear, with moderate bumping and fraying to corners, while spine ends are slightly crushed and frayed. Rather scratched, rubbed and marked overall. A few liquid droplet marks. Spine flares out a little at lower end. Gilt is dulled and worn.
