Pages are fairly bright with moderate tanning to free endpapers and text block edges. Pencil inscription to front free endpaper and paste-down, with a few small nicks and creases along text block edge. Occasional thumb-marking and marginalia present throughout. Gutters are slightly cracked with binding exposed. Binding remains firm. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with notable bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Heavy tanning to spine and edges, with visible crushing to spine ends. Book has a subtle forward lean. Split to lower spine end.
