Stransky was a noted art collector who bought pieces by Manet, among others. Pages are mildly tanned with visible foxing. Notable cracking to gutters, some pages are mildly loose. At least two plates and one page are detached. Mild thumb-marking present. Boards have notable edgewear with corner crushing and notable marking to boards. Heavy tanning to spine, which has mild crushing and tearing to ends. Mild crack and heavy surface wear to front joint. Notable scratching and marking.
