Slight crinkling to paper at gutters, however binding remains firm. Illustrations and plates are moderately tanned with some foxing. Black marks to text block edge. Thumb-marking present throughout. Boards have visible edge wear with corner bumping. Moderate tanning to spine and edges with some crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering is darkened. Black marks and water drops to all surfaces. Book is bowed and forward leaning.
