A few spots of foxing through the prelims. Further foxing and sunning to text block edge with one ink line. Front free end paper has been corner clipped. Single small damp spot at the bottom of pages 239-253. Ink date to rear free end paper. Cracking to hinges, no damage to end papers. Some occasional mild cracking to gutters throughout, binding remains reasonably firm. Mild crushing to spine ends. 1cm splits to top of both joints. Silver lettering is slightly dulled. Book has a moderate forward lean. Board corners are bumped.
