Black and white illustrative frontispiece. Prize plate stuck to front free pastedown. Pages are heavily tanned and foxed throughout. Some cracking to gutters with exposed netting. Binding remains firm. Boards have heavy shelf wear with bumping and fraying to corners, crushing to spine ends and rubbing and staining all over. Spine tanned. Gilt lettering to spine is dulled but remains bright on front.
