Some cracking to gutters with exposed netting. Binding loose. Dedication to front free endpaper. Small bookshop label to front pastedown. Boards have heavy shelf wear with bumping and fraying to corners and crushing and fraying to spine ends. All surfaces tanned and sunned, particularly spine. Gilt lettering to spine is dulled but remains brighter on front. Book has strong forward lean.
