Book has been rebound by library, with expected inserts, stamps and inscriptions. New boards. Pages remain clear with minimal tanning and foxing. Plates are moderately tanned with some foxing. Cracking to hinges, no damage to end papers. Some occasional mild cracking to gutters throughout, binding remains reasonably firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Mild crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Cloth has minor damp and dust stains. Book has a notable forward lean.
