Clean pages and illustrations with noticeable tanning and foxing throughout. More pronounced to free endpapers and pastedowns. Hinges are moderately cracked with exposed netting. Pen inscription and shop label to back free endpaper and pastedown. Textblock edges dyed gilt. Binding remains firm. Boards have heavy edge-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Gilt lettering is darkened. Moderate sunning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends. Heavy splits and loss to spine and corners. Visible wear marks to boards.
