Bears the ex libris plate and unverified signature of Richard Sinclair Brooke. Pages are moderately tanned and occasionally foxed throughout. Additional staining to pages, notable at paste downs and end papers. Hinges are cracked with exposed netting. Boards have heavy edge-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Mild crushing to spine ends, with fraying cloth and small splits. Peeling and loss to leather elements. Gilt lettering is darkened. Board corners are bumped.
