Contains seven full-page black and white illustrations by Mervyn Peake. Binding remains firm. Pages are lightly tanned throughout. Illustrations are bright and clear, with some light tanning and foxing to edges. Slight pale marks to pastedowns and turn-ins. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Spine is in good condition with bright, clear gilt lettering. Slight faint stain to front board. Slipcase has light edge wear with minor markings to panels.
