Small pen underlining to page 28. Boards have heavy shelf-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Visible tanning to spine and edges with splits to spine ends causing cloth to be frayed. Heavy rubbing with faint water staining and markings overall. Gilt lettering is darkened. Book is slightly bowed and forward leaning.
