Slight cracking to hinges, with exposed netting, pages remain attached. Pages have intense tanning and foxing throughout. Water staining and warping to some pages, text remains readable. Previous owner's inscriptions to front pastedown and endpaper. Map has notable edge creasing and moderate tears. Boards have heavy shelf-wear with heavy bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Moderate tanning to spine and edges with tears to leather to spine edges. Boards rather rubbed and marked overall.
