1945. 56-63rd thousand. 384 pages. No dust jacket. Half bound red leather with marbled boards. Book is written in Danish. Translated by Jorgen Budtz Jorgensen. Pages are rather marked with pronounced tanning and foxing, plus thumbing. Previous owner's inscription to front endpaper. Slight gutter cracking. Slight liquid stain to rear endpaper. A few small edge tears to a few pages. Boards have heavy edge wear, with intense bumping and fraying to corners, while spine ends are slightly crushed and frayed. Joints worn too with splits. Scratched, rubbed and marked overall, especially spine and edges. Book has a heavy forward lean. Gilt is bright.
