Previous owner's inscription to front paste-down. Minor pen marking to front free end-paper. Frontispiece & tissue have a large chunk torn off. Boards have heavy edge-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Mild crushing and split to spine ends. Book has a slight forward lean. Gilt lettering is darkened. Faint ring mark to front board.
